Sat 10-22-2016. Lloyd Building 1515 University Ave. Remove remaining plywood/tile. More labor-intense than Thursday.
Fri 10-21-2016. Fan Mountain House.
Thu 10-20-2016. University Hall 3rd floor air handlers A1 and A5 serving the arena with asbestos sprayed on the dome ceiling now failing. Replace 9 filters in each of the 2 air handlers. U-Hall arena closed indefinitely.
Lloyd Building 1515 University Ave. (A) Remove plywood/non-asbestos tile. Labor intensive to pry up plywood. (B) Saturday to use tile bar to remove remaining tiles and plywood shreds. (C) Cut out original finished floor stained with asbestos black mastic. The small Negative Air Machine was not very effective, old and slow to start up, might be near end of life.
