Thu 4-21-2016. McKim G043. Remove 2 glovebags of asbestos pipe insulation.
Management is starting again to penalize overtime by taking your leave. So you work overtime while your leave
disappears so you can't take off to recover from all the overtime. The time system is set up for Monday through Friday.
So if you work the weekend, your days off are taken away as well.
Wed 4-20-2016. McKim Hall G043. Burst hot water pipe Sunday, water damage 3 floors.
Follow-up asbestos TSI removal for more plumbing repairs. Patch and hang several glovebags for removal Thursday.
UPCOMING: Physics 102-B carpet / tile / mastic. Thornton hallway at exit near loading dock,
floor tile / mastic.
Tue 4-19-2016. Multi Story Building 1226. Take down drop ceiling.
Madison Hall 204. Remove vynil floor tile, leave mastic on plywood.
Mon 4-18-2016. Mechanical Engineering 335-B. Take down containment, haul away equipment.

Go down ladder, turn around to face amphitheater. Right a few steps is A. From A go left a hundred feet to B.
From A go right hundred feet to C where the tunnel splits.
(A) Remove asbestos pipe insulation, tar paper, tie wires from major steam line using over-sized glovebags.
Patch at least one open end. Linear feet 6 1/2. Circumference 5 feet 4 inches.
(B) 2 medium lines a couple feet. 1 small line 8 ft. Patch exposed asbestos insulation.
(C) Patch/repair/clean up working area near where flashlight shines. Might not be asbestos. Okay to sample. Still wants
the cleanup.
A and B must be completed at the same time so next crew can enter. Glovebags should be hung and preparations the day before.
C must be completed prior to day of shutdown.
